Tropical Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 red apple, unpeeled and chopped
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. toasted pecans
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can small size English peas, drained
    1 medium size jar pimentos
    1 small bunch green onions, white and green part trimmed and finely chopped
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light cooking oil
    3/4 c. white cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
    Refrigerate.
    This salad is wonderful for holiday meals, for company or harried days.
