Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (greased), combine pineapple, vanilla and sugar.
    Set aside. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
    Add beaten eggs and pineapple mixture; stir.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Good with ham or holiday meals.
