Brown hamburger in large pot (you don't want to crumble it up too fine--big pieces are the best).
Make gravy and add to pot. Let it simmer until heated.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
NOTE: You don't want this too runny--kind of thick and with big chunks of hamburger is the best.
Add hamburger, onions and garlic to dutch oven on stove top.
Season with favorite seasonings (we use salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder).
Brown hamburger until cooked through.
Sprinkle arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) over browned ground beef and stir until combined.
Pour in peas (liquid and all) and stir regularly until it thickens into a gravy.

In a saucepan pour low-fat beef gravy.
If you want it real meaty tasting add a beef bouillon cube with a little water; add 1 container of fat-free sour cream and add some milk if too thick. Stir while heating and add meat to gravy mix.
(I sometimes add a little cooking wine for a different flavor.)
Serve over egg-free noodles.
Pour oil in heavy skillet, then mix together hamburger, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until hamburger is done.
