In a large skillet cook hot italian sausage-break
Brown a 3 pound roast in an electric skillet.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over browned roast.

Boil sugar, margarine and milk for 9 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla.
Mix well and pour in 8-inch greased pan.
Combine all ingredients in electric skillet and place chicken parts on top.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes and turn and simmer 20 minutes on other side.
Watch closely the last 10 minutes so the sauce doesn't burn.
Check for doneness.
Turn heat down, the sauce will thicken and glaze chicken.
