Electric Skillet Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 1/2 sticks Borden margarine (only)
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet to 260\u00b0.
    Add margarine and let melt completely.
    (For extra crispy chicken, cook at 300\u00b0 but watch closely.)
    Meanwhile, prepare chicken, wash and cut up.
    Salt and pepper chicken to taste as usual; flour parts.
    Drop chicken into hot margarine.
    Cover with lid, making sure vent is closed.
    Let cook 15 to 20 minutes until brown on one side and turn.
    Cook, covered, 20 minutes or more until done.
