Electric Skillet Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/8 c. peanut butter
    1 c. (heaping) mini marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet at 280\u00b0. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down but keep boiling for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn skillet off and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into pan and chill, if necessary.
