Electric Skillet Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 medium can green beans (cut style)
1 medium can stewed tomatoes
3 medium potatoes
1 tsp. dill weed

Preparation

Heat oil in electric skillet, place pork chops in skillet and brown on one side; turn heat to 300\u00b0 and add sliced potatoes, can of tomatoes, can of green beans and dill weed.
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Good.
