Electric Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 large potatoes
1/4 head cabbage
2 carrots
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 or 8 slices American cheese
Preparation

Pat about 3/4 ground beef in bottom of skillet; add cut up vegetables in layers.
Crumble remainder of ground beef on top of the vegetables.
Spread soup over this mixture and place the slices of cheese on top.
Start on medium high heat in electric skillet (325\u00b0).
After mixture starts steaming, turn down on low (close steam vents) and cook about 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are done.
