Peanut Butter Fudge(In Electric Skillet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk (not sweetened milk)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
Preparation

Set electric skillet on 325\u00b0.
Add sugar, evaporated milk and margarine.\tStir until mixture comes to a boil.
Let boil 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Turn skillet to off and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until marshmallows have melted and all ingredients have blended together.
Pour into a buttered 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan or dish.
Cool and cut into squares.
It is necessary to work quickly so have pan buttered and peanut butter and marshmallows measured and ready to add.
