Electric Skillet Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can pineapple rings, drain and save juice
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar (more or less to taste)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 300\u00b0 electric skillet.
    Place pineapple on butter in bottom of skillet.
    Add brown sugar to taste.
    Mix cake mix, eggs and pineapple juice.
    This may have lumps.
    Not to worry.
    Pour on pineapple rings and bake for 8 minutes with cover on. Cool 2 minutes. Flip onto plate.
    Garnish with maraschino cherries.
