Barbecue Chicken In Electric Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. 7-Up
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 (2 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in electric skillet and place chicken parts on top.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes and turn and simmer 20 minutes on other side.
Watch closely the last 10 minutes so the sauce doesn't burn.
Check for doneness.
Turn heat down, the sauce will thicken and glaze chicken.
