Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well.
In a separate bowl beat eggs.
Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then into cracker mixture.
Place the pork chops in a casserole dish.
Place chunks of the butter around the pork chops.
Cover with foil paper.
Bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Brown sausage and drain.
Place Texas toast in greased 9x12 casserole dish.
In a medium bowl mix eggs with salt and half and half.
Pour mixture evenly over bread.
Top with browned sausage and shredded cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Take out of refrigerator in the morning while you are preheating your oven to 350 F bake for 45 minutes or until browning on the top.

Flour the chops and brown on both sides in melted shortening in skillet.
Put half of the pork chops on the bottom of casserole dish.
Make the Stove Top stuffing according to package directions and cover chops in the casserole dish.
Place remaining chops on top.
Mix the gravy according to the package directions, adding the bouillon cube for flavor.
Pour the gravy evenly over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
