Quick And Easy Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 potatoes (as many as needed for your family)
4 to 6 pork chops (1 to 2 per person)
1/4 to 1/2 chopped onion (to taste)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds and layer in casserole dish or baking pan which has been greased.
Alternate potatoes and chopped onion in layers and season each layer.
Top last layer with pork chops and pour cream of mushroom soup over entire casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are cooked through.
