Easy Pork And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    4 pork chops
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole; place pork chops in melted butter. Sprinkle soup mix over pork chops; add rice.
    Pour enough water into casserole to cover pork chops.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    A little more water may be added if needed.
