Bacon-Cream Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres

Trim ends of bread.
Spread 8 slices with cream cheese and make sandwiches with remaining 8 slices.
Cut sandwiches into 8 small rectangles.
Wrap 1/3 strip of bacon around rectangular sandwich and secure with toothpick.
Place hors d'oeuvres on baking sheet and place under broiler until golden brown; turn over to brown other side.
Makes 64 hors d'oeuvres.

Jane'S Old English Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres

Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Break English muffins and spread mixture on halves.
Cut muffins into quarters (8 hors d'oeuvres from each whole muffin) and put under broiler, 2 to 3 minutes.

Tortilla Roll-Ups(Hors D'Oeuvres)

Mix all but tortillas together.
Spread mixture on tortillas about 1/2-inch thick.
Roll up tortilla.
Freeze for about 30 minutes to make firm.
Slice into 3/4-inch slices to make little discs.
Serve with picante sauce or queso.
Makes great hors d'oeuvres.

Water Chestnuts-Bacon Hors D'Oeuvres

Drain the water chestnuts.
Wrap each chestnut with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
Drain fat.
Mix up sauce and pour over hors d'oeuvres.
Heat until warm.

Festive Hors D'Oeuvres

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and spread on tortillas. Roll up and chill 2 hours.
Cut into 1-inch slices and lay flat on serving platter for festive spiral hors d'oeuvres.

Stuffed Crabmeat(Hor D'Oeuvres)

Combine first eight ingredients.
Mix well.
Separate biscuits into 24 sections.
Fit biscuits into small muffin pans (tassie pan).
Fill with crabmeat mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

Cucumber Hor D'Oeuvres

Mix cream cheese and dressing mix.
Spread on rye bread.
Top with cucumber slice and sprinkle on dill weed.

Salami Hor D'Oeuvres

Grind salami.
Mix salami and parsley with softened cream cheese. Cut bread in half crosswise and use a long skinny knife to cut out center, leaving about 1/2-inch bread on crusts.

Oysters Wrapped In Bacon

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Drain oysters and dry on paper towel. Cut bacon slices in half and lay an oyster on each piece. Cut a piece of cheese to fit on top, and fasten bacon around both with a toothpick.
Place oysters close together in a shallow baking dish, and cook about 10 minutes until bacon is crisp.
Can be served as hor d'oeuvres, or at a luncheon or dinner.

Zucchini Torte

Beat eggs.
Add other ingredients.
Fold in zucchini last. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Cut in tiny squares.
Makes excellent hor d'oeuvres.

Crab Hor D'Oeuvres

Soften the gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Heat soup; stir in the gelatin.
Cool slightly, then combine with remaining ingredients.
Place in mold and chill overnight.
Remove from mold and garnish with watercress.
Serves 12 to 16.

Parsley Hor D'Oeuvres

Mix all together. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, etc).

Some More Hor D'Oeuvres

Combine all ingredients except crackers and mix well.
Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon mix and place on paper towel lined plate.
Microwave for 60 seconds; turn plate often to melt cheese.

Sausage Pinwheels(Snack, Hors D'Oeuvres, Or Appetizer)

Allow sausage to come almost to room temperature for easy spreadability.
Open rolls, but do not separate.
Roll entire contents into 8 x 12-inch sheet pan.
Spread 1/2 pound of sausage on each can of rolls.
Roll in jelly roll fashion from long side of dough.
Slice into 1-inch sections.
Place on cookie sheet with 1-inch sides.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until sausage is well cooked.
Drain on paper towels.

Barbecued Oysters(Quick And Easy Hors D'Oeuvres)

Put oysters and sauce in medium saucepan.
Simmer until edges curl and most of juice evaporates.\tAdd enough barbecue sauce to cover oysters and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Serve hot or cold.

Linda'S Favorite Hot Little Wiener Hors D'Oeuvres

Cut hot dogs in half. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap bacon around hot dog.
Carefully place in crock-pot so that the bacon stays on the hot dog.
Sprinkle brown sugar over and cook on high for 1 hour.
Serve hot. Easy to make and fun to eat.

Easy Hors D'Oeuvres

Melt 1/2 pound butter.
Saute onion and chopped mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter.
Saute for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add softened cream cheese.
Stir in spices.
Let stand.
Cut crusts off bread and spread mixture on bread slices.
Make 3 layers of bread (with mixture in between like sandwich).
Butter both sides of outside slices with melted butter. Cut into 6 pieces, carefully putting on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until toasty brown.

Easy Hors D' Oeuvres Sauce

Combine all of the above and pour over cream cheese.
Serve with Ritz Crackers.
