Bacon-Cream Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices white bread
    8 oz. cream cheese
    22 strips bacon (uncooked), cut in thirds
Preparation
    Trim ends of bread.
    Spread 8 slices with cream cheese and make sandwiches with remaining 8 slices.
    Cut sandwiches into 8 small rectangles.
    Wrap 1/3 strip of bacon around rectangular sandwich and secure with toothpick.
    Place hors d'oeuvres on baking sheet and place under broiler until golden brown; turn over to brown other side.
    Makes 64 hors d'oeuvres.
