Crab Hor D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    8 oz. crab meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften the gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.
    Heat soup; stir in the gelatin.
    Cool slightly, then combine with remaining ingredients.
    Place in mold and chill overnight.
    Remove from mold and garnish with watercress.
    Serves 12 to 16.
