Salami Hor D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. whole salami (approximately)
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 each skinny (baguettes) loaves sour French bread
Preparation
    Grind salami.
    Mix salami and parsley with softened cream cheese. Cut bread in half crosswise and use a long skinny knife to cut out center, leaving about 1/2-inch bread on crusts.
