Oysters Wrapped In Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. extra select (large) oysters
    10-12 slices bacon
    cheese (your favorite....muenster, swiss, cheddar, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Drain oysters and dry on paper towel. Cut bacon slices in half and lay an oyster on each piece. Cut a piece of cheese to fit on top, and fasten bacon around both with a toothpick.
    Place oysters close together in a shallow baking dish, and cook about 10 minutes until bacon is crisp.
    Can be served as hor d'oeuvres, or at a luncheon or dinner.
