Zucchini Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients.
    Fold in zucchini last. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Cut in tiny squares.
    Makes excellent hor d'oeuvres.
