Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over med.
heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
Drain.
Add corn, enchilada sauce and green chiles, mix well.
Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture into baking dish.
Top with 1/3 of tortilla strips.
Repeat layers 2 times, ending with beef mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Crumble 2/3 of bag of Doritos into mixing bowl.
Mix in the onion, chili, 1 1/2 C cheese, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Place into an 8 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread on sour cream, remaining Doritos and 1/2 C cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Layer 1/2 hamburger, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 triangle tortillas, 1/2 hamburger, 1/2 cottage cheese and cheese.
Then pour both cans of enchilada sauce over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Brown onions with the meat.
While beef is cooking, warm beans in a big pot.
Drain meat and add to the beans; heat to boiling, then turn heat off and set aside.
Pour enchilada sauce in a shallow pan.
Spray or grease the bottom of a square cake pan. Dip tortillas in the enchilada sauce and place in square pan until bottom of pan is covered.
Add a layer of meat and bean mixture, then cheese.
Layer additional tortillas and repeat all other ingredients.
Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour at around 350\u00b0. Serves 6.

In medium bowl, mix chicken, sugar, salsa, enchilada sauce and corn.
Place tortilla chips in an ungreased 8-inch square glass baking dish.

If desired, arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of dish.
In a 10 inch square casserole dish spread one can of the chili.
Microwave tortillas until soft.
Put 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese on top of each tortilla and roll up.
Place rolled up tortillas on top of chili in casserole.
Pour the other can of chili on top of tortillas.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with chopped onions on top.

In casserole dish, layer sauce, tortillas, cheese, olives and meat til you reach the top ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 30-45 minute.
Spread a tablespoon of enchilada sauce on each tortilla. Fill with chicken, onion and peppers and roll up. Spray casserole dish with a nonstick spray, then cover with 3 to 4 tablespoons of enchilada sauce. Place enchiladas in casserole dish and pour rest of enchilada sauce over them. Sprinkle cheese over enchilada sauce and place olives on top. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. I use nonstick aluminum foil to cover while cooking.
