Spray a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, and add all ingredients except cheeses and hot pepper sauce to the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 3-4 hours.
Check potatoes to be sure they are tender, and then stir in the cheeses and the hot pepper sauce to taste. Adjust salt and pepper to taste also.
Once the cheeses are completely melted, it's ready to eat!
Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
Beat eggs until thick.
Stir in corn.
Beat dry ingredients with milk until smooth. Stir into corn mixture.
Pour into well greased Crock Pot.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook on Low setting 7-9 hours, or High setting 3-4 hours.
Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place ground beef mixture in crock-pot; sprinkle gravy mix over ground beef mixture. Toss diced potatoes with melted butter to coat and add to crock-pot; add whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serves 4 to 6.

Set crock pot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Place ham, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, corn and chicken broth in crock pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. (The ham will provide some salt.) If cooking stovetop, cook until potatoes are done. Turn crock pot to low and cook 3 to 4 hours.
During last 10 minutes of cooking add evaporated milk. Heat only-do not boil. Str lightly to allow cheese to melt. If a thicker soup is desired, add optional cornstarch after dissolving it in cold water. Smash a few potatoes for thickening.

Lay chicken breasts on bottom of crock pot.
Pour everything else over the top and stir (without moving the chicken).
Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours (I actually cooked it on medium for about 5 hours).
If you're home, stir once in a while, as the chicken and potatoes soften, to break them up a bit, though it will probably also work to do that when it's all done.
Chop peppers, onion and chicken into bite size pieces.
Saute the above with spices until vegetables are soft and chicken is no longer pink.
Dump chicken mixture into crock pot with green chilis (drained), corn, tomatoes and only one can of beans (drained).
Puree remaining can of beans in it's own liquid with hand blender or food processor.
Add to crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
In large skillet, cook beef and pork. Drain off fat and set aside. Cover chicken with water and cook until tender. Remove chicken from bone and tear into small pieces. (Reserve broth for another use.) Add chicken to beef and pork. Cook slowly until well blended. Put meat in crock-pot. Add tomatoes, corn, catsup, margarine, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 (low heat) for 5 or 6 hours.
Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper to translucent in the olive oil.
Pour all ingredients except heavy cream and whole corn into crock pot.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Blend 1/2 the ingredients in blender and pour back into crockpot.
Add Heavy cream and whole sweet corn.
Let warm for about 30 minutes.

Combine first 7 ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Mash up potatoes a bit if desired.
Stir in milk and butter and cook on high about 1 hour more.
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
Remove and save.
Saute potatoes and onion 5 minutes in bacon drippings. Drain well. Combine all in a crock-pot. Stir well. Cook on low 4 to 7 hours.
Cook the ground beef with the onion; drain good and put in crock-pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Be sure all your meat is cut up small and your tomatoes are mashed up. I use Mexican tomatoes, but it makes it hot. If you don't like it hot, use regular stewed tomatoes and regular ketchup. Simmer in the crock-pot for about 8 hours on low. You can simmer it on top of stove if you are in a hurry. This freezes real good. It also makes 6 quarts.
Place ground beef, onion and garlic in slow cooker/Crock Pot and toss with gravy mix.
Pour cream corn over ground beef mixture, then add half the cheese.
Top with hash browns, and remaining cheese.
Mix the soup with evaporated milk and seasonings, pour evenly over the hash browns.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Place all ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on \"low\" setting for approximately 6 hours.
Serve with saltine crackers and a green salad.
