Chinese Pie In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. diced bell pepper (green and red)
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix or mushroom or onion
    4 c. diced red or white potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place ground beef mixture in crock-pot; sprinkle gravy mix over ground beef mixture. Toss diced potatoes with melted butter to coat and add to crock-pot; add whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serves 4 to 6.
