Crock-Pot Camp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    3 (5 oz.) cans chicken or turkey
    2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lemon (unpeeled), sliced very thin
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (may be adjusted to taste)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Add to other ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir well, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (high for 2 to 3 hours).
    Serve with tossed salad and crusty French bread for a quick and easy meal.
