Heat Crisco oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Pour milk into shallow bowl.
Combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper in large plastic food bag.
Dip chicken into milk and shake one piece of chicken at a time in flour mixture to coat. Fry chicken 25 minutes or until meat near the bone is no longer pink.

Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Batter will be a bit lumpy. Pour batter into a greased 9x13\" pan. Crumble reserved cup of dry ingred. over top. You can also sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts over crumbs. Give it a last good sprinkling of cinnamon and bake @ 350 for 30 min.

Then add sour cream.
Mix well, but do not beat hard after adding sour cream.
Spray or grease and flour Bundt pan.
Add 1/2 of the batter to the pan.

Sprinkle over batter in pan, then add remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.
