Turner'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken parts
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 c. flour
3 c. Crisco oil
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cut and wash chicken, drain on paper towel.
Mix all of the ingredients (except Crisco) in a plastic bag.
Shake parts of chicken in a bag until covered with flour.
Preheat frying pan before putting in Crisco.
When Crisco oil is very hot, place chicken in pan to fry.
Turn chicken often to brown evenly on both sides.
Cook until golden brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
