Deep Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 lb. turkey
    1/2 box salt
    2 oz. black pepper
    2 oz. crushed red pepper
    2 oz. garlic powder
    2 oz. chili powder
    2 oz. Accent
    Crisco oil
Preparation
    Baste turkey inside and out with Crisco oil.
    Put pepper mixture on turkey inside and out.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook 4 minutes per pound at approximately 300\u00b0.
    You will need approximately 3 gallons of Crisco oil.
    When turkey floats, do not cook turkey much longer.
