Cocktail Hot Dogs

Melt jelly in saucepan.
Add hot dogs and mustard.
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.

Melt jelly and mustard over low heat.
Boil hot dogs and drain.
Cut up hot dogs if they are regular size.
Add the hot dogs to the hot jelly mixture.
Serve in chafing dish or container that holds heat.
Have a supply of toothpicks for spearing.

Barbecue Cocktail Hot Dogs

Melt butter; add onion and then add all ingredients, but hot dogs.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to low.
Put hot dogs in and simmer 4 hours (hot dogs taste better when they are brown). Put in crock-pot and serve warm with toothpicks.

Cook hot dogs.
Mix jam and mustard together.
Put hot dogs in the mixture.
Marinate overnight.

In medium saucepan, heat mustard and currant jelly, stirring until the jelly melts.
Add the hot dogs and cook over low heat until ready to serve.

In a large saucepan, combine catsup, brown sugar and beer. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.

Slowly let mixture come to a boil.

Put all ingredients in fondue and simmer 1 hour.
If too dry, add more bourbon.
Can use cocktail hot dogs or cut regular wieners into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
Serve with toothpicks.
Keep warm in chafing dish.

1-2-3 Cocktail Hot Dogs

In a 200\u00b0 electric skillet or frying pan on low heat, mix mustard and jelly until it makes a smooth mixture (no lumps).
Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces and add to the sauce.
If using electric skillet, lower temperature to 175\u00b0 and allow to heat about 2 hours.
If using a frying pan, you may transfer all ingredients to a crock-pot and let simmer on low for about 2 hours.
To serve, spear on toothpicks.
