Heat chipped ham thoroughly in skillet with 1 tablespoon margarine.
Mix sugar, vinegar, water, mustard and catsup in a saucepan and heat.
Pour sauce over chipped ham and mix thoroughly.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

In electric roaster combine all the ingredients except ham over high heat, then turn to simmer for 1 hour.
Add chipped ham. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serves 65 to 75.
In medium saucepan, boil all ingredients except ham for 20 minutes.

In a large saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, cider vinegar, sweet pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce. Season with cinnamon, black pepper, garlic salt and liquid smoke. Bring to a simmer over low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Shred the ham and stir into the mixture. Simmer longer if desired, then serve hot on hamburger buns. The mixture can also be frozen.
