Chipped Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. chipped ham
Preparation
-
Add first 3 ingredients into melted oleo.
Simmer 20 minutes, then add everything else (except chipped ham) and cook 30 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.
Add chipped ham, simmer for 10 more minutes.
