Broccoli Casserole

Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine other ingredients except cracker crumbs.
Then mix with broccoli.
Pour into a greased casserole.

Cheesy Vidalia Onion Casserole

Saute onions in butter.
Layer half the onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with Parmesan cheese, half the Ritz crumbs, half the cheese cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
Repeat layers, beginning with remaining onions.
Spread with mushroom soup; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then more Parmesan.

Mix all but last 2 ingredients and pour in casserole. Top with melted butter and cheese cracker crumbs.

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add ham, eggs, cheese, cracker crumbs, milk and pepper. Mix well; turn into 10 x 6 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Brush a 9-inch spring-form pan with the melted butter.
Pat cracker crumbs on bottom and sides, reserving 1/2 cup for later use.
Set aside.
Don't use the tube part of the spring-form pan.

Boil chicken,
bone and cut into small pieces.
Chop eggs, celery, and onions.
