Broccoli Casserole Wirh Cheese Nips - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs (Cheese Nips)

Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed.
Drain thoroughly. Combine all other ingredients except cracker crumbs.
Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
