Cheesy Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 Vidalia onions, sliced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, divided
    3/4 c. cheese cracker crumbs, divided
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Layer half the onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with Parmesan cheese, half the Ritz crumbs, half the cheese cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers, beginning with remaining onions.
    Spread with mushroom soup; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then more Parmesan.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
