Tangy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine the ground beef, egg, chili sauce, chopped onion, salt and pepper with 1 cup cheese cracker crumbs.
    Mix thoroughly. Shape into tiny meatballs and roll in the remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
