No Crust Quiche

In greased 9 inches pie plate spread cheese, onion and bacon.
In blender or with electric mixer beat milk, bisquick, eggs and salt for 1 minute until frothy.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minute.
Let stand for 5 minute before cutting.

No Crust Quiche

Combine the first 3 ingredients and pat in deep pie pan or casserole.
Pour over cheese, bacon, spinach and green onion.
You can add any cooked vegetable or leftovers. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes. It's done when firm.
This makes its own crust.

No Crust Quiche

Thaw broccoli and press out all liquid.
Mix together broccoli, onion, green pepper, Cheddar cheese and ham.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat until smooth milk, eggs, salt, pepper and Bisquick mix.
Pour over the first layer.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven or until a silver knife inserted comes out clean.

Quiche

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cube the bread (no crust) and place in bottom of pan.
Brown and drain the sausage and then stir in the cheese.
Layer this mixture over the crust.
Beat together the eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk.
Pour this on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

No-Crust Broccoli Quiche

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water until barely tender.
Drain well and in a small bowl, combine with onion, green pepper and cheese.
Butter a 10-inch pie or quiche pan and place broccoli mixture on bottom.

No Crust Cheesy Salmon Pie

Beat together eggs, Bisquick and milk.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake in quiche dish or 8 x 12-inch glass pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings; low-fat.

No Crust Quiche

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer, ham, then cheese over broccoli.

No Crust Quiche

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle bacon, broccoli and cheese on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.

No Crust Quiche

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Fry bacon until almost burnt. Crush into little pieces.
Lightly grease pie plate with butter.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate.
For extra bacon flavor sprinkle a little bacon fat onto pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour evenly into pie plate over other ingredients.
Bake until top in golden and knife comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

No Crust Quiche

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook bacon and drain.
Crumble bacon and mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9-inch greased deep dish pie pan for 35 minutes.
(Cooked broccoli florets or cauliflower may be added in place of bacon.)

No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Mix dry ingredients together to get lumps out of Bisquick, then mix all ingredients in mixer or blender.
Spray a 9\" pie pan with vegetable spray and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, at 350 degrees.
Pie will shrink about 1/4 in from edge.
If you prefer a more spicy pie, you can add 3/4 tsp of ginger, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, 1/4 tsp of ground cloves or you can just add 1/4 tsp of allspice.
Experiment and see which you like best.
We like the allspice.

No Crust Potato Pie

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except pecans in blender for 2 or 3 minutes or until creamy.
Pour into a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with Pam.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with pecans and bake another 20 minutes or until center feels firm.
If no nuts, bake for 40 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Old Bisquick Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe

Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Grease 9-inch round pan.
Make Cinnamon Streusel; reserve. (my sister often doubles this recipe so that there is lots of topping).
Stir coffee cake batter ingredients until blended.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon Streusel.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Let sit a few minutes and then serve warm with butter and lots of milk or coffee.

No Crust Zucchini Pie

Combine Bisquick, oil, eggs and mix well

No Fail Custard Pie

Combine in blender and mix well.
Pour into well-greased pie plate (large).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes.
This pie has no crust, but is rather crusty on top.

No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spray pan with Pam spray.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend 1 minute.
Pour in pan.
Bake 50 minutes or until crust puffs up.
Serves 6.

No-Knead Pizza Rolls (Pepperoni, Hawaiian Or Bbq Chicken)

Prepare 2

Breakfast Casserole

In greased, 9 x 13-inch pan, place 8 slices bread (no crust). Top with Velveeta cheese, ham, bacon or sausage and 8 slices of bread (no crust).
Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; spread over bread mixture.
Refrigerate overnight (covered).
Top with butter and corn flakes.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (uncovered).

Mock Apple Pie

Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Fudge Pie (No Crust)

Melt cocoa and butter in saucepan, stirring over low heat. Cool slightly and add flour that has been mixed in with the sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into buttered pie pan (no crust) and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
