No Crust Cheesy Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 medium zucchini (8 oz.), shredded
    2 oz. jar pimientos, drained well
    8 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick (baking powder mix)
    3 large eggs
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, Bisquick and milk.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake in quiche dish or 8 x 12-inch glass pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings; low-fat.
