Hearty Brunch Breakfast Casserole

Fry your breakfast meat, set aside.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and melt margarine in a 9x13 pan.
In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, sugar, oil and eggs.
Pour into pan over melted margarine, and crumble meat evenly over top. If using link sausage, press gently into batter.
Bake for 11-15 minutes or till golden. Serve warm.

Grandma'S Breakfast Casserole

Prepare 9\" quiche dish or pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the onions, ham, and tomatoes into pie pan.
Mix together the eggs, milk, oregano, and Bisquick.
Pour on top of layered mixture.
Top with cheese.
May be refrigerated overnight at this point.
Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.

Breakfast Casserole

Crumble sausage in a skillet.
Fry until completely done and drain.
Layer the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish with the sausage.
Scramble the eggs.
Layer sausage and eggs.
Top eggs with a layer of shredded cheese.
Finally, top it off with a layer of the Bisquick.

Spread over cheese mixture. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of Bisquick mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden. Gravy is excellent on top of this heart stopping breakfast treat.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.

Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper and Egg Beaters together until smooth. Pour over sausage mixture.

In small amount of grease, fry potatoes, onion and green pepper; drain and add bacon.

Put into a prepared pan.
Mix Bisquick, milk and egg sub. Pour in casserole.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Add cheese.
Stir in browned sausage.
Pour into buttered 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
