Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 small roll of sausage
1 dozen eggs
12 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Bisquick
1 stick butter
Preparation

Fry bacon and sausage. Scramble eggs. Stir bacon, sausage and eggs together in 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread cheese over mixture. Prepare 2 cups Bisquick according to label on box. Spread over cheese mixture. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of Bisquick mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden. Gravy is excellent on top of this heart stopping breakfast treat.
