Low-Fat Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. reduced fat Bisquick
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
3 Green Giant Breakfast Patties, crumbled
1 c. Kraft Healthy Lifestyle shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion, diced fine
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Coat 9-inch pie plate with low-fat cooking spray.
Mix sausage, onion and cheeses and distribute evenly in pie plate.
Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper and Egg Beaters together until smooth. Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 6 servings.
