Hot Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced chiles
    2 c. tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
    Brown the sausage and onion, then drain.
    Line a 3-quart buttered casserole with the chiles and tomatoes.
    Pour Bisquick mix over top; add meat mixture and top with the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
