Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain and spread in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
    Combine eggs, onion, milk, salt, pepper and Bisquick, blending well.
    Pour over sausage.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
