Do-Ahead Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. diced bacon
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 eggs
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain.
    In small amount of grease, fry potatoes, onion and green pepper; drain and add bacon.
    Mix eggs, cheese, milk, Bisquick and butter.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spoon potato mixture over top of egg mixture.
    At this point, casserole may be refrigerated overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
