Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage with onion and bell pepper.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Mix together eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper; set aside. Place both cheeses in bottom of greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Pour sausage mixture over cheese.
    Pour egg mixture evenly over top of sausage and cheese to completely cover them.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 then reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 12.
