ITALIAN SAUSAGE SAUCE:
Remove casings from the
Mix in large bowl, hamburg, onions, bread crumbs and cheese and knead by hand to semi-dry mix.
Add egg.
Add Ragu sauce.
Place in large loaf tin.
Cover with Ragu sauce and grated cheese (lightly). Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, except Ragu sauce. Form into 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with the Ragu sauce.
(You might also use some of the new Italian style tomato soups, mixed with 1 can of water.) Bake, covered, for 1 1/4 hours.
Uncover; bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Slice and serve with sauce, if preferred.

Turn heat down to low and add Ragu sauce
In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
Drain off fat.
Pour on jar of Ragu Italian cooking sauce.
Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
Trim pork chops.
Brown in oil on both sides; drain.
Pour 1 full jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce over chops.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serves 6.

In a Dutch oven, sear roast on all sides in hot oil.
Pour jar of Ragu (or one of your choice, make sure it's Italian cooking sauce).
Simmer covered for 2 hours.
Make sure it doesn't cook dry, add more sauce or small amount of water.
But cook slow.
Spray a large skillet with pam.
Add the olive oil and let warm.
Add the pork chops and sprinkle with parsley flakes, onion powder and garlic powder.
Brown chops until lightly browned on medium-high setting.
After browning, pour off all excess grease. Put the chops back into the skillet and pour Ragu sauce over the chops.
Cover pan; cook on low heat for approximately 2 hours or until tender.
Enjoy with a garden salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and black olives.
Use Italian salad dressing. Serves 2-4 people.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Add 1 jar Ragu sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add together in 2-quart saucepan Ragu sauce, paste and puree. Cook on low heat.
Stir until paste blends in.
Add garlic powder, basil, pepper, sugar and oil.
Stir constantly until blended. Reduce heat to simmer for 3 hours.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Brown pork chops; cut up with sausage.
Put in with spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
Cook in a large crock-pot on low all day or high for 4 or 5 hours.
Serve over desired spaghetti.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
Add Ragu sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni.
Pour over macaroni.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan until bubbly.

Coat wings with flour.
Saut 1/2 of chopped onion in deep fat until clear.
Add wings and fry until brown.
Place wings in baking pan; cover with 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped bell and 1 stalk celery, chopped.
Pour on Ragu sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (about 20 to 30 minutes).
