Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    1/4 c. oil
    1 jar Ragu sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    In a heavy skillet, brown chops in oil for 5 minutes on each side.
    Drain excess oil.
    Pour Ragu sauce over chops while cooking.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
