Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    oil
    1 full jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
Preparation
    Trim pork chops.
    Brown in oil on both sides; drain.
    Pour 1 full jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce over chops.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
