Ragu Turkey Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

turkey wings, seasoned with salt and pepper
flour
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 jar Ragu sauce
Preparation

Coat wings with flour.
Saut 1/2 of chopped onion in deep fat until clear.
Add wings and fry until brown.
Place wings in baking pan; cover with 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped bell and 1 stalk celery, chopped.
Pour on Ragu sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (about 20 to 30 minutes).
