Red Hot Applesauce Salad

Combine boiling water with red hots in saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat to dissolve.
Remove from heat; stir in Jell-O. Blend in applesauce.
Pour half of the mixture into 2-quart mold or 8-inch square dish.
Chill until firm.
Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise; add nuts.
Spread cheese mixture over chilled mixture.
Pour (gently) remaining Jell-O mixture over cheese and chill until firm.

Red Applesauce

Heat applesauce.
Add red hots; stir until they melt.
Add nutmeg to taste.
Cool.
Pour applesauce back into original jar and add cinnamon stick.
Keep refrigerated.
Good with toast for breakfast.
Also makes a nice little gift.

Red Hot Apples

Peel and core apples.
Place in microwave baking dish (with holes up).
Add water.
Fill holes with sugar (sugar will dissolve into water), then fill holes with red hots.
Save unused red hots to add later.
Bake 5 minutes on High setting.
Turn apples over and baste thoroughly.
Add red hots to holes.
Bake 5 minutes; turn and baste.
Continue this cycle until apples are bright through and through.

Apple Pie With Red Hots

Boil red hots, water and sugar until red hots are dissolved. Add apples to juice and cook until tender. Add lemon juice and flour, which has been mixed with the melted butter. Bake with a double crust about 40 minutes at 350*F.

Candied Apples With Red Hots

Put in skillet and cook.
Add red cake coloring.

Racy Red Punch

Heat 1 cup of juice with red hots.
Stir until dissolved. Combine rest of juice and sugar.
Add cooled red hot mixture and chill.
Add ginger ale just before serving.

Pineapple Red Hot Salad

Cut pineapple into bite size pieces. Mix pineapple & juice with red hots and marshmallows. Chill overnight. Just before serving, stir in Cool Whip

Nancy'S Congealed Red Applesauce

Cook red hots in 1 cup water until melted.
Dissolved gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Mix red hot mixture with gelatin.
Cool.
Add 1 cup applesauce.
Place in refrigerator and let set until firm. Top with Cool Whip.

Red Hot Salad

Add red hots to water and bring to boil.
Red hots should be dissolved.
Pour over jello.
Add applesauce and nuts.
Let set in refrigerator.

Strawberry Applesauce Jello

Bring water to a boil and add red hots, stirring until melted. Add jello and stir to dissolve.
Add lemon juice, then applesauce. Pour into any type pan to jell, 13 x 9-inch preferred.
Top with whipped cream or serve plain.

Applesauce Jello

Heat applesauce and red hots until red hots melt.
Add jello and 7-Up.
Place in
9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.

Applesauce Jello

Bring 2 cups of water, cherry gelatin and red hots to a boil until red hots melt.
Add 2 cups applesauce.
Refrigerate until firm.

Applesauce Salad

Heat red hots and water until red hots are melted.
Add Jell-O to this mixture while it is hot.
Let partially cool.
Add 2 cups applesauce.
Pour into dish or mold and refrigerate.

Jello Applesauce Salad

Dissolve red hots in heating water.
Add jello and applesauce. Chill until set.
Top with Miracle Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar or NutraSweet.

Applesauce Mold

Boil 2 cups water and 1/2 cup red hots until dissolved.
Add cherry jello.
Mix and add applesauce.
Pour into mold.
When set and you are ready to serve, unmold onto a plate and fill hole with cottage cheese.

Red Hot Dessert

Dissolve red hots in 2 cups boiling water.
Add jello and applesauce.
Refrigerate until set.
Top with Cool Whip.

Red Hot Salad

Melt red hots in hot water with jello. Add gelatin dissolved in cold water.
Add applesauce.
