Grease square pan.
Mix eggs, oil, salt, pepper and parsley. In separate bowl, mix zucchini, onion, Bisquick and cheese.
Add to mixture and fold in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
In bowl, put zucchini, beaten eggs, onion, Mozzarella cheese and oil.
Fold in Bisquick and parsley.
Put into greased 9-inch pie or quiche dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered (Pam works well) baking dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May be served hot or cold.
Add chopped peppers and/or mushrooms for variety!
Recipe doubles for taller result but is still fluffy.
Serves 6 to 8.
Mix together all ingredients.
Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

In deep baking dish, sprayed with vegetable spray (Pam), place 2 cups of sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick) evenly across bottom. Add onion, ham and Parmesan cheese.
In blender, thoroughly blend eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings.
Pour over zucchini mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until center is set.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray and coat with bread crumbs.
Mix eggs, zucchini, biscuit mix, onion, Cheddar cheese, vegetable oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and eggs are set, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow quiche to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Lightly saute zucchini in butter and season with salt and pepper.
Place in 2 quart casserole.
Place in blender: Bisquick, milk, eggs and cheese. Blend 1 minute.
Pour on top of sauteed zucchini and place in oven.
Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes.
Optional: When in season, I like to saute a diced Walla Walla Sweet onion and layer on top of the zucchini before pouring the mix on top.
Place shredded zucchini in a colander and drain.
Gently squeeze a little of the water out.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in
a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
This quiche makes its own crust.
Mix all ingredients except Bisquick, then add Bisquick and coat evenly.
Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Reheats well.

Meanwhile, grate the zucchini, preferably using the grating attachment
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, marjoram, parsley, oil and cheeses until well blended.
Fold in chopped onion and sliced zucchini.
Pour into pie plate. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Beat eggs till very foamy.
Fold in cheese, oil, zucchini, soup mix, garlic powder and parsley.
Add Bisquick.
Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie plate, greased with margarine. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 - 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Beat eggs.
Melt 1/4 stick margarine and add to eggs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Bisquick, Cheddar cheese and shredded zucchini.
Grease pan or 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Make pie crust as instructions state. In a large mixing bowl, add Bisquick, oil, cheese, onion, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Stir until mixed well.
Add zucchini. Stir until all zucchini is covered.
Place in cooled pie crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center.
Combine Bisquick, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Beat together eggs and oil.
Add to dry mixture.
Add zucchini and onion.
Mix well.
Pour into 10-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add all ingredients to beaten eggs.
Bake in greased quiche pan or baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool and serve in small squares or serve warm as main dish.

Pour into buttered 3 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Saute onion and garlic in small amount of oil.
Beat eggs and add onion and garlic.
Add Bisquick, salt, pepper, sharp cheese and zucchini; mix well.
Pour into 9-inch greased pie pan.
Sprinkle Cheddar on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs; add zucchini, onion, oil, Bisquick mix, cheese and spices.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into buttered 12-inch pie plate or oblong dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm.
