Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix onion, Bisquick, eggs, oil, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini, blending well.
    Pour into buttered 3 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
